PENANTIAN 5: Pengesahan Mendapat Tempat di Universiti Jepun!

Salam semua,

Alhamdulillah, penantian yang penuh kesabaran akhirnya terjawab! Saya telah menerima email dari pihak kedutaan mengenai pengesahan tempat belajar di Jepun iaitu di Universiti Hiroshima! Walaupun dah mengetahuinya dari pihak universiti lebih awal, perasaan bimbang dan takut masih ada selagi tidak dapat pengesahan penuh dari pihak kedutaan Jepun.

Tugas saya sekarang hanya perlu menyiapkan segala kerja di sekolah dan bersedia untuk berlepas ke Jepun!

If you accept this scholarship offer, it is recommended that you start making necessary preparations such as obtaining an international passport, learning Japanese language and gathering information on Japan and its culture, et cetera. We suggest you to read the “Student Guide to Japan” (especially Chapter 4) published by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) available at http://www.jasso.go.jp/study_j/sgtj_e.html

We will inform you about visa application and other details in a follow-up email. The actual departure date will only be known when our Embassy receives the e-tickets issued by the appointed travel agent in Tokyo. If there is any change in your correspondence address, please keep us updated.

You are required to sign the PLEDGE (attached herewith) and submit the pledge (hardcopy only) together with a copy of your passport to reach the Embassy of Japan immediately. Your early reply is needed urgently for air ticket reservation.
